2 oz. Campari
1 oz. dry white wine
½ oz. soda water (San Pellegrino is nice)
Garnish with a lemon or orange wedge and one green olive
Pour Campari in the bottom of the glass, add white wine, ice and finish with soda water. Garnish. Salute!
